Come with me to Northern Cyprus.

Northern Cyprus has to be seen and experienced. If you are thinking of buying property abroad, I warmly recommend a no-obligation viewing trip. It is not a group tour: I take only one or two parties at a time, so I can give your needs my full attention and show you around myself from start to finish.

How the trip works.

  • From Larnaca to the north coast takes just over an hour on good roads.
  • From Ercan airport on Northern Cyprus it takes around 40 minutes.
  • On Northern Cyprus you use just one agent, as agents have access to most of the market – unlike in Norway.
  • I sell many properties exclusively on behalf of their owners; as in Norway, they cannot be bought elsewhere.

    Airport transfer

    I help you book transport from Larnaca (LCA) or Ercan (ECN) to where you are staying. If you would like to share a taxi with others to keep the cost down, I can arrange that too.

    Somewhere to stay

    I find accommodation for as many nights as you wish, at good rental prices and in a convenient, relevant location in the Esentepe area east of Kyrenia.

    Viewings to suit your budget

    We view apartments, villas and developments that match your wishes and budget. Everything is tailor-made, so do tell me your budget, wishes and needs in advance.

    The local area

    A tour of the local area, Kyrenia or Famagusta, the beaches and the facilities.

    Tips and practical advice

    Plenty of tips for great experiences on Northern Cyprus, and practical advice on everything from daily life to ownership.

    Meeting a lawyer

    We meet a lawyer who walks you through the buying process and sets up a POA (power of attorney for the lawyer), which is required to buy property here.

    Lots of knowledge-sharing and storytelling. I first visited Northern Cyprus in 1985 and have been here continuously since 2008.
