Home types and prices at Oasis as of 22 June 2026: a studio garden apartment of 37 m² with a 12 m² terrace, a one-bedroom duplex penthouse of 57 m² with a 6 m² terrace and a 30 m² roof terrace, and a two-bedroom penthouse of 82 m² with a 9 m² terrace and a 60 m² roof terrace. The two-bedroom garden apartments are sold out.

The bungalows have three bedrooms and measure 130 m², with a 125 m² terrace and an 80 m² roof terrace.

The villas have four bedrooms and measure 167 m², with a 135 m² terrace. They sit at the top of the development, surrounded by protected pine forest and with lovely sea views. A pool is available as an optional extra.

Payment plan: deposit of GBP 2,000 / GBP 5,000, 50% less the deposit on signing the contract, and 50% spread across construction milestones until handover.
